1. Daylight – Make sure to get as much daylight as possible during the day. Light is part of the circadian rhythm, if you take in a lot of daylight during the day, the chance of better sleep is greater.
2. Exercise – It has been proven that exercise gives you better sleep. Try to exercise early in the day to avoid more energy late at night.
3. Use the bed to sleep – Your bed should be associated with sleep and relaxation. Therefore, please try to avoid watching TV, holding your mobile phone and reading in bed.
